In addition to single channel film and video screenings, Antimatter also encourages proposals for expanded cinema, media-based performance works and other multimedia hybrids.

Recent festivals have featured performance, expanded cinema and installations by Canadian and International artists including Alex MacKenzie, Ben Russell, Paul Tarragó, Jennet Thomas, The Truth Channel, Christina Battle, Kerry Laitala, Sami Van Ingen, Lee Hutzulak, Erik Moskowitz and Amanda Trager.
